The story begins with the kidnapping of Dr. Emily Carter, a brilliant American scientist who is working on a top-secret project for the government. Dr. Carter is kidnapped by a group of Russian mercenaries and taken to a secret prison in Russia. The US government learns of Dr. Carter's kidnapping and sends a team of Delta Force operators to rescue her.
The Delta Force team is led by Captain John "Hannibal" Smith, a highly skilled and experienced operator. The team also includes Master Sergeant Thomas "Tom" McCoy, a master of weapons and explosives; Sergeant First Class Samuel "Bull" Peterson, a close-quarters combat expert; and Sergeant First Class Joseph "Mac" MacAllister, a communications expert.
The Delta Force team infiltrates the secret prison and begins their search for Dr. Carter. They quickly encounter heavy resistance from the Russian guards, but they are able to overcome the opposition and reach Dr. Carter's cell.
Dr. Carter is grateful to be rescued, but she is also terrified. She tells the Delta Force team that the Russians have been torturing her and that they plan to kill her if they can't get the information they want.
The Delta Force team knows that they have to get Dr. Carter out of the prison as quickly as possible. They fight their way out of the prison and back to their extraction point, where they are met by a helicopter that takes them back to the United States.
Once they are back in the United States, Dr. Carter is taken to a hospital for medical treatment. The Delta Force team is debriefed on their mission and they are given a well-deserved rest.
